Dooya scale--- Dooya began to export tubular motor in 2002,in the past 8 years,Dooya has grown into the NO.1 tubular motor manufacturer in China at an amazing speed and also obtained a good reputation in especially European Market.Dooya is the very hero who is behind many top brands in Europe because we do OEM .Now,Dooya owns three factories ,more than 1400 employees,23U-shape production line as well as the electronic building which values at least 4 million RMB.
2).Dooya market share--- In 2008,Dooya sold 1.06 million sets of tubular motor.In the just past 2009,Dooya sold 1.50 million sets of tubular motor,which possesses about 53% of Chinese market.Dooya owns an aggressive and united team,everybody is crazy about work and working late is very normal phenomenon in Dooya .We are proud of the co***ny we work for.
3), Dooya quality control---There are more than 180 service positions in our aging test station, and only the motors which can pass 10000 revolutions are eligible then we can began our mass prodution.We have seven test stations before the motor are packed, each motor have to pass the seven rigorous test PC BY PC and they are as follows:expulsion of the moist air test; semi-finished product noise test;integration test;finished products test;safety rules test and OQC inspection test.
4). Dooya remote control system---In 2008,we invested more than 4 million RMB to build our Elctronic building and imported the facility from Japan and European countries.Up to now,Dooya has developed hundreds of remote controllers and got dozens of patents. We also according different customers' different agreement and software design different function to our customer.
5), Dooya certificates & guarantee ---Dooya has got the certificate of TUV,VDE,CE,UL,RoHs and CCC and we offer 5 years warranty for tubular motors and 2 year warranty for controllers.
